Se discute la validez de un Plan de Igualdad de \u00e1mbito empresarial, negociado y aprobado por la Comisi\u00f3n de Seguimiento del Plan (CSP). Se establece que la CSP en cuyo seno se adopta el Plan cuestionado carece de la suficiente legitimaci\u00f3n y representatividad como para negociar un nuevo Plan.
